1. MEMBERSHIP

   • All memberships are subject to approval by MAVADE®.

   • Membership benefits are detailed in the membership agreement and may change without prior notice.

2. PAYMENT

   • All fees and charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

   • Memberships renew automatically, and the associated fee will be charged unless cancellation occurs before the renewal date.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

   • All members are expected to maintain a high standard of behaviour while using MAVADE® facilities and services. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of membership.

4. PRIVACY

   • Personal data provided to MAVADE® will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

   • To the extent that our website and the information and services on our website are provided, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

   • Members wishing to cancel their membership must provide written notice 30 days in advance.

   • MAVADE® reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   • MAVADE® reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. GOVERNING LAW

   • These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
